This three-day conference is a huge challenge every year. It has taken meeting management to another level. Within this project we run several plenary sessions and different break-out sessions for the Partners of HPEs Distribution. Moreover over 700 individual meeting are set-up and logistically orchestrated. The plan worked perfectly and was again taken beyond expectation.
For this conference we set best practice example of how to engage and activate the participants with a well organised flow of information.
