EVA Betriebsräte-Akademie

In January 2021, we supervised the closing event of the 1st Works Council Academy of the EVA-Europäische Akademie für umweltorientierte Verkehr gGmbH. In the preparation and implementation of the event, which was virtual due to the pandemic, we were partners in the conceptual design, technical realisation of the modules and an accompanying individual mailing campaign for the approximately 80 participants.

In the seminar, in changing working and project groups, they discussed future topics and acquired knowledge for their work as works councillors. Prominent guests such as the personnel director of Deutsche Bahn AG or the board members of the railway and transport union (EVG) also took part. Since March 2021, we have also been supervising the technical implementation of the second season of the academy, again with the support of the Event Company Cottbus.
